I've tested out a lot of fidgets in my ADHD journey, here are the ones I have personally enjoyed. Remember, EVERYONE is different and what I like may not be for you, and that's ok! There are a lot of options out there!



My TOP 5 Best Fidgets for ADHD:

  1. The Infinity Cube- This was the first fidget that I intentionally bought to keep my hands busy. It has a good weight, only takes one hand to manipulate, and comes in many colors. Beware though, due to use some of the colors or prints on them can rub off...I know, I did it.

  2. Stretchy Worms- These lovely fidgets are full of texture, with a fun pulling effect (great for hair twirlers), and cheap to replace if you lose or break it (which I've done a million times).

  3. Picky Pads- Although not completely mindless, these help relieve the need to pick or pull at our skin, hair, or nails. However these are one-use tools, once the stuff is gone, you need to get a new one, and keeping the small beads that they are filled with can make a mess.

  4. Spinning Cube- The spinning cube fidget offers an engaging multi-sensory experience. With its intricate whirling patterns, weighted momentum spin, and clicking rotating dials, it provides both visual and tactile stimulation.
